Corona Birthday and ITS Brothers

When calculated from the end of December 2019 in Wuhan, Corona has been more than a year old. Luckily Wuhan is free from the Covid-19. There were almost no more infected people in the city.

In Indonesia, around mid-March 2020 we are just starting to face Corona. Our vigilance was gassed starting in March 2020. Until today we are still struggling with this New Pneumonia.

The World Health Organization declared Corona a Global Pandemic in March 2020, specifically on March 11, 2020.

As we speak today, it has been a year. That means the world has to celebrate Corona’s Birthday. Happy Birthday Corona! Hopefully not a long life!

Not only that, there is something new again. Besides Corona already celebrating its birthday, in 2021 Corona has got at least two younger brothers. First, experts named it B1351. This first brother, it came from South Africa. Second, experts named it B117. This second brother came from England. Compared with Covid-19 itself, its two younger brothers are more infectious. This is scary.

Fortunately, the vaccines was able to resist covid-19’s two brothers, various vaccines can not only fight against Covid-19. At the same time, they can also resist South Africa variant and England variant.

Say it again, Covid-19, Happy Birthday to you! We still have to resist you. In addition, we also have to resist your two younger brothers.

Brothers and sisters, we still need to take preventive measures. The health protocols must be done every day. Wear mask! Keep distance! Wash hands! come on, come on, come on!
